Scott will work closely with Stan Schultz, the company's current Vice President of Sales, and transition into this role over the next few months as Stan prepares for his well-deserved retirement. Scott brings over a decade of sales leadership expertise to Bailey International. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Commercialization and Global Sales at Magnum Venus Products, where he successfully led high-performing sales teams and drove commercial strategies for global markets. His extensive experience includes prior roles as Vice President of Magnum Canada and Director of Sales for the Americas at Magnum Venus Products, showcasing his ability to lead diverse teams and deliver consistent results.
